Built a system that reads incoming enquiries, works out what's actually being asked for, and sends the right information back automatically.

As enquiry volume grew, response times slipped. Every enquiry needed a person to read it, work out what was actually being asked, and reply - and that doesn’t scale. The longer a reply took, the colder the lead got. By the time someone responded, the prospect had often already moved further along with another supplier.

I built an automated system connecting the inbox to Salesforce, using AI to read each enquiry, identify its purpose, and work out exactly what’s being requested. Based on that, it sends back the right information automatically and logs everything against the right record - no manual sorting required.

The result is faster, more consistent responses, and qualified leads reaching the team while they’re still warm.
