Visitor Sign-In & Compliance Platform

Built a compliance and visitor sign-in system for rural sites, replacing paper logs with something that actually holds up when it's needed.

Rural and farm sites often rely on a paper visitor book, if they keep records at all. Even where one exists, it’s disconnected from the people who actually need it - no way to notify a site manager that someone’s arrived, and no way to reach a visitor if something changes while they’re on-site.

I built a sign-in platform from the ground up, simple enough for a visitor to use on their phone in seconds, with real notifications to the right site contact behind it. That included the sign-in flow itself, an admin structure for sites with multiple site managers, and the underlying database and hosting to keep it reliable.

It’s live and in use today, not a prototype.
